“I wasn’t taught that writing could be a career only a select few made it that far, the rest took on part time jobs as they pursued the arts. It wasn’t until the end of my college career that I realized that you can be a full time writer or performing artist with out working at McDonald’s to make ends meet. The connection between someone just making it and flourishing in their art careers was knowledge, connections, and support” (Kayla Kilgore, The Founder). The NoteBook Inclusive was created to give students pursuing careers in the performing art just that. Our vision is to provide scholarships, connections, showcases, and programs for students to give them the best launching pad to reach their dreams.
